Warranty Policy
All Grade A GRAM glass products include a 1-year accidental damage warranty, covering drops, breaks, and other unintentional damage.
Each product is eligible for one warranty redemption only. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty automatically applies to all Grade A glass itemsβno registration required.
What's included?
- Coverage for accidental breaks, cracks, and drops
- Valid for one replacement within a 12-month period from purchase
- Applies exclusively to glass products
- Replacement will be a Grade B version of the same model, or the closest available equivalent
What's not included
- Non-glass products
- Grade B and Grade C items
- Cosmetic-only variations or imperfections
How replacements work

- Pay the required shipping costs for the replacement.
- Weβll ship a Grade B replacement of the sameβor most comparableβproduct.
Received as a Gift?
No problem. GRAM warranties are designed to be simple. If you received your product as a gift, youβre still covered. Submit a claim and select βgiftβ when prompted. Weβll take it from there.
